Draga Spasić je bila glumica i operska pevačica.
Iako se školovala za posao učiteljice, nakon dve godine provedene u ovoj profesiji Draga pristupa beogradskom Narodnom pozorištu 1896. godine, a godinu dana kasnije novosadskom Srpskom narodnom pozorištu, u kojem će ostati narednih 11 godina. Draga je u Vojvodini uživala status jedne od najpopularnijih i najboljih glumica i pevačica. Pevanje i glumu je usavršavala u Beču i Parizu.
Tokom Prvog svetskog rata Draga je bila dobrovoljna bolničarka u Nišu. Često je za ranjenike u bolnici priređivala koncerte, a po završetku rata vraća se u Narodno pozorište u Beogradu i nastavlja sa glumom i pevanjem.
Najpoznatija uloga koju je Draga tumačila je Koštana, u istoimenoj predstavi. Pored ove predstave, Draga je glumila u operama „Boemi“, „Trubadur“, „Vilenjak“, „Pajaci“, između ostalih. Za ulogu Koštane lično od Bore Stankovića je dobila Lovorov venac kao znak priznanja za odigranu ulogu. Draga je bila odlikovana i za svoj operski rad, i bila je prva primadona beogradske opere.

Draga finished school to be an elementary school teacher, but just after two years working as one she joined the National Theatre in Belgrade in 1896. After a year there she joined the Serbian National Theatre in Novi Sad where she was acting for 11 years. In Vojvodina, Draga was one of the best and the most popular actresses and singers. She was further developing her skills in Vienna and Paris.
During the WW1, Draga was a volunteer nurse in Niš. In the hospital, she was also organizing concerts for wounded soldiers, and after the war she continues her acting career in Belgrade.
One of the most famous roles of Draga was Koštana where she had a lead role. She acted in many important operas and for her work she got the highest medals and accolades throughout her career. Draga was a prima donna of Belgrade Opera.
